  • With the Basic Membership, you cannot exceed the "Base CCU," and once the "Base Data" is fully used, your Chat service will be restricted.
  • Data usage is calculated per chat session as "CCU x used data," and any usage beyond the base data will incur additional charges, calculated in GiB. Example: If your additional data usage is 1.1 GiB, you will be charged for 2 GiB.
  • CCU overage charges are applied if you exceed the base CCU by 1 or more, and are calculated daily until midnight.
  • The overage fee is based on the maximum CCU of the day and is calculated as "Daily base fee x (Base CCU multiplier)."
    The days when the CCU overage occurred are excluded from the "days applied to the base fee." Example: If you are using the Chat 200 plan and exceed the base 200 CCU, reaching 450 CCU, the overage is calculated as 200 CCU x 2 = 400 CCU, extending to 800 CCU.
    The overage fee is calculated as "Daily base fee x 2 x 2," which would be: {11,000 KRW (base fee) / 30 days (in the month)} x 2 x 2 = 1,466 KRW.
  • When you change your membership options, the calculation will be based on the "per second base fee" instead of the "daily base fee."

Service Usage and Payment

Charges are billed monthly, from the 1st to the last day of the month, based on the usage for each project.
Overage fees are calculated using the billing rates at the time of the overage, rather than the current service rates.

Important Information

  • A 10% VAT will be added to the fees separately.
  • Membership and membership option changes are limited to once per month.
  • Any changes to the membership or membership options will be applied immediately, with the basic fee calculated on a per-second basis according to the duration of usage.
  • Usage fees for all active projects, including any changes, will be billed in a lump sum on the 1st of each month.
  • Billed usage fees will be automatically charged on the 5th, 10th, 15th, and 20th of each month. If the payment is not made by the 10th of the following month,
    the account will be suspended. Example: If the January bill is 12,100 KRW (including VAT) and the payment is not made by March 10th, resulting in account suspension,
    the payment for the period from March 11th to March 31st will be calculated as follows: (11,000 KRW + 1.5% late fee of 165 KRW) + VAT (10%) = 12,282 KRW.
  • After account suspension due to non-payment, an additional 1.5% late fee will be applied to the outstanding amount each month.
  • Amounts less than 1 KRW will be rounded down, while VAT will be rounded up.

  • How can I start the Prime membership?

    You can change your membership within the console.

    Are you currently using the Basic membership? If so, please register your card for postpaid billing.

    If you're already using the Prime membership, you can select your desired options to make changes.

    Membership changes are limited to once per month, and billing will be calculated on a daily basis for the amount used, with charges applied in the following month.

  • How to start Proud Services?

    All Proud services are available after free registration.

    If you don’t have an account, please create one by signing up first.

    Log in through the [Console] button at the top of the homepage and follow the guide to install and use the services you want.

    For more detailed instructions on how to use the console, you can check the Console User Guide.

  • Is the Basic membership completely free?

    After signing up, you will automatically use the Basic membership when creating a project.

    All services are free, and you can freely explore them within the scope of the Basic membership.

    Develop and use the services without worrying about costs, then choose the Prime membership when needed.
